The flexible and non-brittle film layer it forms prevents the performance of the operating parts from being affected adversely by water, oil and dust. It is not possible to form any tearing in the film layer when in touch with liquids due to its flexible and non-brittle nature. Cleaned and PROGRESS applied parts last for 3-4 months in high humidity and severe conditions. This reduces the annual number of periodic maintenance.
It is not flammable or combustible. There is no corrosive effect on the metals. It prevents the formation of arcs caused by excessive dusting on the contactors by covering microscopic cracks. It removes the fire risk. It provides insulation from the outside without affecting conductivity on the applied surface.
Because the film layer it builds can withstand the effects of salt water vapor, it can be safely used to protect sensitive parts. Due to its flexible and non-brittleness feature, it shows better results as a separator in plastic injection moulds than its equivalents.
It enables the engines exposed to the water to be rescued without any further processing.
