CONCENTRATED ANTI-LIME AND DESCALER

EFFECTIVE FORMULA

Due to its strong formula, BS 115 does not cause clogging in situations where it must pass in capillary pipelines, since the existing lime in the system does not dismantle it but cleans it by adding to itself. It dissolves lime, rust, cortex and moss layers formed in all heating and cooling systems effectively.

DOES NOT HARM THE SYSTEM

It does not react with the metal components forming the system in no way because of metal protecting inhibitors in its formula. It is used safely on all metals including copper and brass.

ECONOMICAL

One unit BS 115 is used by being diluted with 10 units of water or adding 10% of the system water to the system.

AREAS OF USE

It is used to clean lime and rust of pipes, coolers, coils, water platforms, steam boilers, condensate lines, conditioning nozzles in air conditioning systems, cement trucks in boilers and cooling systems.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

1. Drain all the water in the system.
2. Drain all the water in the system.
3. Rinse inside the system with clean water.
4. Fill the system with a minimum amount of water sufficient for circulation.
5. Add BS 115 up to 10% of the system water.
6. Make the BS 115 reinforced water circulate in the system for 4-6 hours.
7. While the circulation is going on, control the PH of the system water continuously and make sure it is between 1.5 - 2.5. If PH increases, add a little more BS 115.
8. After the cleaning process is over, drain the water in the system and fill it with fresh water.
