PROTECTING THE SYSTEM

Although removing the lime formed in certain periods is a short-term solution, every intervention makes the system more wearable and provides a more suitable ground for corrosion formation. And this will reduce the life and efficiency of the system significantly.

EFFECTIVE AGAINST ALL CA AND MG SALTS WHICH CAUSE SCALE FORMATION

CALCIUM CARBONATE MAGNESIUM CARBONATE
CALCIUM SULFATE MAGNESIUM SULFATE
CALCIUM CHLORITE MAGNESIUM CHLORITE

EFFICIENCY AND ECONOMY

The table below shows the declining productivity ratios of a water with 200 PPM hardness in relation to months and the lime scale it forms. It is observed that a system that performs lime cleaning every 4 months can only benefit from maximum performance for 3 months a year and average 50% performance for 9 months. And this means about 30% loss of production. To prevent this and to prolong the life of the existing system, it will benefit the budget more if scale formation is prevented by using PROFIX rather than cleaning it whenever lime forms.

MONTHS LIME THICKNESS LOSS OF EFFICIENCY
1 2 Mic %30
2 4 Mic %46
3 6 Mic %64
4 8 Mic %72

AREAS OF USE

It can be used in the improvement of all the systems that might get harm by lime in water. To see a proper improvement, intervention times and quantities should be applied correctly.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

The most suitable initial dosage is determined after water samples taken from the system are examined. This ratio will be 1/100 to 1/500 of total water. The ratio for periodical blow-off and PROFIX sustenance will be adjusted to structure of the water that changes by seasonal agents. This ratio will be 1/200 to 1/1000 of total water. Frequency of applying blow-off and PROFIX will be determined by the rate of daily water loss.
